To prevent ingrown hair in the future, it is essential to remember and follow those few easy steps: 1. Get rid of dead skin cells by making a body scrub one day before planned depilation and one day after. Peeling removes dead skin cells and leaves the skin smooth. You should choose different product for face and a different one for the body, since face skin is much more sensitive. Please remember not to exfoliate the skin if it is already irritated. 2. Wear loose-fitting underwear and clothing in case of ingrown hair along the bikini line. 3. Moisturize the skin. Find a moisturizer cream that can be used for sensitive and irritated skin. I would opt for one with no or minimal content of perfumes and preservatives.
